General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by MySchoolLights.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the return is a result of our error we'll pay the return shipping costs and supply you with a return mailing label you can print out. Just send an email to returns@myschoollights.com. Please indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order from us, we certainly want to help you.
Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not been shipped?
Send an email to orders@myschoollights.com and let us know what happened. We will contact you to confirm your request.
Did you receive a damaged bulb?
First, and most importantly, please handle the broken bulb properly. Information contained with your shipment describes how to clean up broken bulbs safely. Please send us an email at returns@myschoollights.com. Reference your order number, indicate what bulbs were broken, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
Did you receive the wrong bulb or not what you thought you were ordering?
Please send us an email at returns@myschoollights.com. Please indicate the number of each item you're returning, the reaon for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. We will help you with the return or exchange.
Are you missing an item?
Send an email to orders@myschoollights.com to alert us to all missing items. We will contact you with resolution which may be a refund or new shipment.
